As a valued therapist with Tara Therapy, you will:

Provide direct patient care, evaluate patient's case history, functional capabilities, limitations and restrictions to determine the patients’ potential for rehabilitation
Establish and administer treatment programs with specific goals defined by the patient's capacity and tolerance and in accordance with physician orders
Educate patient, document and record the patient's condition and provide continuing updates on patient condition

Qualifications/Requirements:

Must be a graduate from an Accredited Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Language Pathology, Physical Therapy Assistant, or Occupational Therapy Assistant Program.
Must possess a current therapy license in practicing state.
Must be capable of maintaining regular attendance.
Must possess strong knowledge regarding state, federal, and local regulations as they pertain to long-term care.
Must meet health assessment requirements, including two-stage TB skin test.
Must be capable of performing the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodations.

Must be able to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing and possess sufficient communication skills to perform the tasks required
